 Instructions

First step:Cut out all items...all card stock, witch hat and broom

 Second step:
Stamp the spider web (from the owl-oween set) using black ink on a scrap of white card stock. Cut out and set aside

Third Step:
Fold the black card stock in half and make a small crease at the top. Using the scor-it or other scoring tool, score the card stock in the center. Then, from the left edge of the piece, score at 1", 2 3/4" & 3 3/4". Turn card around to the opposite end and score at the same measurements. Cut a 3" slit in the center of the center crease.

Using the Versamark ink and the witch's hat from the snag'em set, stamp randomly all over the black card stock.Fold all the scores toward the inside.

Fourth step:
Using a texture plate, emboss the dark piece of solid card stock.
If you want, round the top corners of the light pieces of solid card stock.

Fifth step:
Glue one of the pieces of light card stock to the textured piece. Line the bottoms up flush. There should be some space on the top and sides that show the dark card stock. Make sure you place the bottom at the same place on both sides.

Sixth step:
Using the liquid chalk, ink the edges of the witch hat and broom bristles. Use the burnt sienna to ink the edges of the broom connector.

Seventh step:
Glue the broom handle to the bristles. Glue the broom connector where the handle and bristle connect. Glue the band and the buckle to the witch hat.

 Eighth step:
Glue the hat and broom to one side of the card. Be sure to cut off anything that may hang over either side or the card will not slide through the slot. It is ok to have something sticking up off the top though.

Ninth step: Get the spider web you stamped earlier and fold it in half. Glue to the top of the card so half is on both sides. Set the eyelet in the center of the spider web.
Write a note on the blank side.

Tenth Step:Push the card through the slot in the black piece of card stock.

Eleventh Step: Fold up the two bottom 1" sections. Glue the card to one of the folds. Now glue the two folds together.

Twelveth Step: Push the top of the black card stock down. This will create a base that will stand the card upright. Tie a piece of ribbon through the eyelet.
