Congratulations Card "Hip Hippo Ray!"

This adorable greeting card is made from white cardstock and covered with pink and white plaid paper. A coffee filter that has been inked with pink and blue alcohol inks accents the bottom right of the card. Two hand colored hippos carry balloons across the card. The words "Hip Hippo Ray" are die cut from pink and turquiose cardstock and placed at the center of the card. Blank inside, envelope included.
